Fringes :: Death of the American Hobo

A few months back I stumbled across this documentary/ short film which followed journalist Jason Fager & Aaron Smith as they traveled 1900 miles from Oakland, California to Britt, Iowa--home of the annual "National Hobo Convention". They did so hopping from freight train to freight train, all the way to Iowa, carrying only a few bags and the desire of capturing the essence and lifestyle of the "American hobo". I thought it was a fantastic watch being that Im somewhat of a history buff. Check it out for yourself below.
